Job description
• Create and update digital marketing strategies
• Lead the development of the company website and social media presence, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, content and conversion
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels utilizing tools and technique as appropriate
• Develop, plan, execute, and report all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/GDN/Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Managing budget, identify trends and traffic insights or user, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights effective and efficient
• Lead new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), preferably in marketing, communication, management or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience as Digital Strategist
• Maximum age 37 years old
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including creative, media, and technical specialists
• Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/GDN/Facebook Ads, email marketing, and social media management
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages user funnels and conversion’s
• Solid knowledge of website/App analytics tools and CRM tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords/GDW/Facebook Ads
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
